PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION

On payment of nominal charges the parents / guardians get the admission / information kit, which consists of the Shri Balaji International School Brochure, Preliminary Data Form, Fee structure and school magazine. This amount is non-refundable.
Preliminary Data Form to be filled and submitted along with original / Notarized Copy of Birth Certificate and Report Card of the previous school.
Children seeking admission into Nursery, Junior K.G to Senior K.G. have to accompany their parents on the appointed date of admission.
Children seeking admission into Forms 1 to 9 have to take an entrance test. Admission will be granted on clearance of the test,. Admission will be confirmed on receipt of the following
- Payment of the requisite fees.
- Original or notarized Copy of Birth Certificate.
- Report Card of the previous school.
- Leaving Certificate ( From Form 2 onwards) with Recognition and
Affiliation Number of the last school.
- Family Photo and Child's Pass-Port size Photo.

In case of students coming from outside Maharashtra State, the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the Educational Inspector of the area in the state. It must bear the Recognition Number of the school and in case of students coming from out of India the school leaving certificate must be countersigned by the concerned Embassy.
